Arguably, what is more impressive than the Baths themselves is the pathway to Aphrodite trail. There, you will admire some of the most spectacular and breathtaking views of the island. For a unique and adventurous hike, Avakas Gorge, on the west coast, forms an unforgettable walk. If you are in Paphos city centre, it is just a short drive of around 30 minutes. During the 2.5 km trail, you may probably get the chance to admire Cypriot flora and fauna and endemic flowers. However, make sure that you are equipped with waterproof shoes as you may pass through some water pools at many points of the hike. The exceptional beauty you will come across though compensates for the somewhat difficult route to reach the end of the gorge.
